  • Flexible hours

    We work a 40-hour week, with the flexibility to choose your own late start and early finish days. We offer six weeks’ holiday each year, plus bank holidays where they fall on working days.

  • Professional development

    You’ll benefit from professional development opportunities including coaching, paid training days and funding to complete additional, relevant qualifications in early years education. We pay you for daily planning and preparation time, in addition to your breaks.
